Datenschutzerklärung – Roger

1. Verantwortlicher

2. Das Wichtigste in Kürze

  • Roger braucht kein Konto. Dein Lernfortschritt, deine Einstellungen, dein Name und dein Profilfoto werden nur auf deinem iPhone gespeichert und nicht an uns übertragen.
  • Daten verlassen dein Gerät nur, wenn du uns einen Vorschlag schickst (Abschnitt 4), wenn Werbung angezeigt wird (Abschnitt 5) oder wenn du etwas kaufst (Abschnitt 6).
  • Wir verkaufen keine Daten.

3. Daten auf deinem Gerät

Für den Betrieb der App speichern wir auf deinem iPhone: Antworten, Fortschritt und Prüfungsverlauf, Einstellungen (Sprache, Design, Korrekturmodus), optional deinen Namen, dein Prüfungsdatum und ein Profilfoto. Die Kamera bzw. Fotomediathek wird nur genutzt, wenn du selbst ein Profilfoto aufnimmst oder auswählst; das Foto wird verkleinert und bleibt auf dem Gerät. Diese Speicherung ist für den von dir gewünschten Dienst unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). Den Fortschritt löschst du unter Profil → „Fortschritt zurücksetzen“, Name und Foto direkt im Profil; alles zusammen durch Löschen der App.

4. Vorschläge (Bibliothek → Vorschlag senden)

Wenn du uns einen Kursvorschlag schickst, übertragen wir den von dir geschriebenen Text, Datum und Uhrzeit, die Sprache der App und die App-Version. Es werden kein Name, keine E-Mail-Adresse und keine Gerätekennung mitgesendet. Bitte schreib keine persönlichen Daten in den Text. Gespeichert wird der Vorschlag in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), Anbieter: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Technisch bedingt verarbeitet Google dabei die IP-Adresse deines Geräts. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse, Roger nach den Wünschen der Nutzer weiterzuentwickeln (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Wir löschen Vorschläge, sobald sie ausgewertet sind, spätestens nach 24 Monaten.

5. Werbung (Google AdMob)

Roger ist kostenlos und wird durch Werbung finanziert. Anbieter ist Google Ireland Limited (Adresse s. o.). Werbung wird nur zwischen Lerneinheiten gezeigt, nicht am ersten Tag nach der Installation und nie mit „Vollzugriff“.

  • Einwilligung: Bevor Werbung geladen wird, fragen wir dich über die Einwilligungsplattform von Google (UMP, IAB-TCF), ob personalisierte Werbung und das Speichern bzw. Auslesen von Informationen auf deinem Gerät erlaubt sind. Außerdem fragt iOS, ob Apps dich über die Werbe-ID (IDFA) „tracken“ dürfen. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG).
  • Verarbeitete Daten: IP-Adresse, Geräte- und App-Informationen, Werbe-ID (nur mit deiner Erlaubnis), Interaktionen mit Anzeigen, ungefährer Standort aus der IP-Adresse.
  • Ohne Einwilligung kann Google nicht personalisierte bzw. eingeschränkte Werbung ausspielen, soweit das rechtlich zulässig ist.
  • Widerruf: jederzeit unter Profil → „Datenschutz und Werbung“ sowie in den iOS-Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Tracking.

Google verarbeitet Daten auch in den USA. Google ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert (Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission, Art. 45 DSGVO). Mehr: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Käufe („Vollzugriff“)

Käufe werden ausschließlich über den App Store von Apple abgewickelt. Zahlungsdaten erhalten wir nicht. Die App erhält von Apple nur die Bestätigung, welches Produkt gekauft wurde, und speichert diese auf dem Gerät. Rechtsgrundlage ist die Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Für die Verarbeitung durch Apple gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.

7. Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht, Einwilligungen jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu widerrufen. Da wir keine Konten führen, können wir Vorschläge in der Regel keiner Person zuordnen. Schreib uns an kontakt@solariapps.de. Du kannst dich außerdem bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere in dem EU-Mitgliedstaat, in dem du lebst oder arbeitest (Art. 77 DSGVO).

8. Kinder

Roger richtet sich an Personen, die sich auf eine Funkprüfung vorbereiten, und nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren.

9. Änderungen

Wir passen diese Erklärung an, wenn sich die App oder die Rechtslage ändert. Es gilt die jeweils hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

Privacy Policy – Roger

2. In short

  • Roger needs no account. Your progress, settings, name and profile photo are stored only on your iPhone and are not sent to us.
  • Data only leaves your device when you send us a suggestion (section 4), when an ad is shown (section 5) or when you make a purchase (section 6).
  • We do not sell data.

3. Data on your device

To run the app we store on your iPhone: answers, progress and exam history, settings (language, theme, correction mode) and, if you choose, your name, exam date and a profile photo. The camera or photo library is only used when you take or pick a profile photo yourself; the photo is downsized and stays on the device. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you asked for (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete your progress in Profile → "Reset progress", your name and photo directly in Profile, and everything at once by deleting the app.

4. Suggestions (Library → Send a suggestion)

When you send us a course suggestion we transmit the text you wrote, the date and time, the app language and the app version. No name, email address or device identifier is sent; please do not put personal data in the text. The suggestion is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; for technical reasons Google processes your device's IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in developing Roger according to what users ask for (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete suggestions once reviewed, at the latest after 24 months.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Roger is free and funded by ads, provided by Google Ireland Limited (address above). Ads are only shown between study sessions, not on the first day after installation and never with Full Access.

  • Consent: before any ad is loaded we ask, through Google's consent platform (UMP, IAB TCF), whether personalised ads and storing or reading information on your device are allowed. iOS also asks whether apps may track you through the advertising identifier (IDFA). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
  • Data processed: IP address, device and app information, advertising ID (only with your permission), ad interactions, approximate location derived from the IP address.
  • Without consent Google may show non-personalised or limited ads where legally allowed.
  • Withdrawal: at any time in Profile → "Privacy and ads" and in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Google also processes data in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). More: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Purchases (Full Access)

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never receive payment details; the app only receives Apple's confirmation of which product was bought and keeps it on the device. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's processing.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and you may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. As we keep no accounts, we usually cannot link a suggestion to a person. Write to kontakt@solariapps.de. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work (Art. 77 GDPR).

8. Children

Roger is meant for people preparing for a radiotelephony exam and is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the app or the law changes. The version published here applies.

2. Lo esencial

  • Roger no necesita cuenta. Tu progreso, tus ajustes, tu nombre y tu foto de perfil se guardan solo en tu iPhone y no nos llegan.
  • Los datos solo salen de tu dispositivo si nos envías una sugerencia (apartado 4), cuando se muestra un anuncio (apartado 5) o si haces una compra (apartado 6).
  • No vendemos datos.

3. Datos en tu dispositivo

Para que la app funcione guardamos en tu iPhone: respuestas, progreso e historial de simulacros, ajustes (idioma, tema, modo de corrección) y, si quieres, tu nombre, la fecha de tu examen y una foto de perfil. La cámara o la fototeca solo se usan cuando tú haces o eliges una foto de perfil; la foto se reduce y se queda en el dispositivo. Este almacenamiento es estrictamente necesario para el servicio que pides (§ 25.2.2 TDDDG). Puedes borrar el progreso en Perfil → «Restablecer progreso», el nombre y la foto directamente en Perfil, y todo a la vez eliminando la app.

4. Sugerencias (Biblioteca → Enviar sugerencia)

Si nos envías una sugerencia de curso, transmitimos el texto que escribes, la fecha y hora, el idioma de la app y la versión de la app. No se envía ningún nombre, email ni identificador del dispositivo; por favor, no incluyas datos personales en el texto. La sugerencia se guarda en Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), de Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublín 4, Irlanda; por motivos técnicos, Google trata la dirección IP de tu dispositivo. Base jurídica: nuestro interés legítimo en mejorar Roger según lo que piden los usuarios (art. 6.1.f RGPD). Borramos las sugerencias una vez revisadas y, como máximo, a los 24 meses.

5. Publicidad (Google AdMob)

Roger es gratuita y se financia con anuncios de Google Ireland Limited (dirección arriba). Los anuncios solo aparecen entre sesiones de estudio, nunca el primer día tras la instalación y nunca con Acceso total.

  • Consentimiento: antes de cargar ningún anuncio te preguntamos, mediante la plataforma de consentimiento de Google (UMP, IAB TCF), si permites anuncios personalizados y guardar o leer información en tu dispositivo. Además, iOS te pregunta si las apps pueden rastrearte mediante el identificador publicitario (IDFA). Base jurídica: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD, § 25.1 TDDDG).
  • Datos tratados: dirección IP, información del dispositivo y de la app, identificador publicitario (solo con tu permiso), interacciones con los anuncios y ubicación aproximada derivada de la IP.
  • Sin consentimiento, Google puede mostrar anuncios no personalizados o limitados cuando la ley lo permite.
  • Retirada: en cualquier momento en Perfil → «Privacidad y anuncios» y en Ajustes de iOS → Privacidad y seguridad → Rastreo.

Google también trata datos en EE. UU. Google está certificada en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (decisión de adecuación de la Comisión Europea, art. 45 RGPD). Más información: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Compras (Acceso total)

Las compras se gestionan íntegramente a través de la App Store de Apple. Nunca recibimos datos de pago; la app solo recibe de Apple la confirmación del producto comprado y la guarda en el dispositivo. Base jurídica: ejecución de un contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD). Al tratamiento que hace Apple se aplica la política de privacidad de Apple.

7. Tus derechos

Tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición (arts. 15–21 RGPD), y puedes retirar cualquier consentimiento en cualquier momento con efecto para el futuro. Como no hay cuentas, normalmente no podemos relacionar una sugerencia con una persona. Escríbenos a kontakt@solariapps.de. También puedes reclamar ante una autoridad de protección de datos, en particular la del Estado miembro de la UE donde vives o trabajas (art. 77 RGPD).

8. Menores

Roger está pensada para personas que preparan un examen de radiotelefonía y no se dirige a menores de 16 años.

9. Cambios

Actualizamos esta política cuando cambian la app o la ley. Se aplica la versión publicada aquí.
